What happens if I forget to pay the bill before due date?

We will remind you on 1st, 10th & 15th of every month asking you to pay the bill back. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to transact on Paytm using Paytm Postpaid. But, you can still pay the bill amount back and activate your account. There will be a late payment fees that will be included in the next bill cycle.

How does my credit limit get decided?

Based on your transaction history on Paytm, we assign a credit limit to your account. This credit limit increases based on your usage of Paytm Postpaid

Is it secure to use?

Your Paytm Postpaid account will be linked with Paytm account. You would verify every transaction with a 4 digit passcode that you would have set during the application. So, there are two layers of security for every transaction you do using Paytm Postpaid.
